SMS Terms

1. Program Name and Sender

Program name: Koality Work Service Messaging.

Messages are sent by Koality Work LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Iowa, operating in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin and surrounding communities.

2. What We Send

This program sends messages about a service request you made or a job we are doing for you. That includes:

• Confirmation that we received your request
• Estimates, including a link to view and accept
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Job status updates and scheduling changes
• Invoices and payment reminders
• Follow-up after a job is complete, including a request for a review

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. We do not send seasonal offers, sales, or advertising by text.

3. How to Opt In

There are three ways you can opt in, and all of them require an action by you:

• Check the SMS consent box on a form at koalitywork.com. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form.
• Text us first at (319) 853-8279. Starting a conversation with us opts you in to replies about that conversation.
• Tell us directly, by phone or in person, that we may text you about your project. We record the date and how consent was given.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire Koality Work LLC and receive full service without ever agreeing to text messages. If you do not opt in, we will reach you by email or phone instead.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. A typical project involves fewer than 10 messages from start to finish. You will not receive recurring messages once your project is closed.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Koality Work LLC does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop all further messages. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages unless you opt back in.

To opt back in later, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, or ask us directly.

You may also opt out by emailing hello@koalitywork.com or calling (319) 853-8279, and by turning off SMS notifications in your customer portal under Profile.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number is transmitted to our SMS delivery provider solely to deliver messages to you. That provider acts on our behalf and may not use your number for its own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at koalitywork.com/privacy-policy for full details.

9. Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier, your device, and network conditions outside our control.

Supported carriers may change without notice. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please tell us so we do not send messages intended for you to someone else.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be posted here, and where required, communicated to you directly.
