SMS Opt-In

1. What This Page Is

This page describes the opt-in process for Koality Work Service Messaging, the text messaging program operated by Koality Work LLC of Coralville, Iowa.

Text messaging is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You can request an estimate, hire us, and receive full service without ever agreeing to text messages. If you do not opt in, we contact you by email or phone instead.

2. Opt-In Path One: The Checkbox On Our Quote Form

Our quote form at koalitywork.com/contact collects a phone number. Directly beneath it is a checkbox, unchecked by default, labeled:

"Text me about my project."

The disclosure printed next to that checkbox reads, in full:

"By checking this box you agree to receive SMS messages from Koality Work LLC about your service request, including estimates, invoices, scheduling, and job updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

The checkbox is not required. The form submits successfully whether or not it is checked. When it is checked, we store the date, the opt-in source, and the exact disclosure text shown above, so the wording you agreed to can be produced later on request.

The same checkbox appears on every other form on our site that collects a phone number, including the Koality Spaces intake, the partner and trade applications, and the rental request form.

3. Opt-In Path Two: Text Us First

You may text (319) 853-8279 directly. Starting a conversation with us opts you in to replies about that conversation. We record the date and the inbound message as the record of consent.

You can end it at any time by replying STOP.

4. Opt-In Path Three: Tell Us Directly

If you tell us by phone or in person that we may text you about your project, our staff records that consent against your contact record along with the date and the fact that it was given verbally.

We do not add anyone to the program without one of these three actions.

5. What We Send

Program name: Koality Work Service Messaging.

Messages relate to a service request you made or a job we are doing for you:

• Confirmation that we received your request
• Estimates, including a link to view and accept
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Job status updates and scheduling changes
• Invoices and payment reminders
• Follow-up after a job is complete, including a request for a review

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. No sales, no seasonal offers, no advertising.

6. Frequency And Cost

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. A typical project involves fewer than 10 messages from start to finish. Messages stop once your project is closed.

Message and data rates may apply. Koality Work LLC does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

7. How To Stop, And How To Get Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing further unless you opt back in with START, YES, or UNSTOP.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
